This is a brand new Blue Ice T46 ice cream machine. It was purchased for a client who wasn't able to complete the purchase so is now for sale at a reduced price. The usual sale price for these quality machines is in the region of R 19000. It is not to be confused with inferior machines. It is still in the protective wrapping and can be viewed at any reasonable time . The T46 Ice Cream Machine from Blue Ice is a twin twist flavour, table top, gravity fed machine. Designed for easy and fast production of soft ice cream, yoghurt and sorbet, this machine has two mix hoppers with a capacity of 12 litres. The hopper is maintained at a temperature below 4.4C, even during standby. There is a low level indicator to let operators know when the mix is low. The microprocessor controls automatically regulate refrigeration and keeps quality consistent with control of the temperature and viscosity. Record the number of servings per day and total number of dispenses. Output of 580 cups per hour (80 grams per cup at 4C liquid and 24C ambient).Email or whatsapp 0780797111
